BASIC FEATURES OF THE APARTMENT: The apartment has two beds for adults (double bed). There is one extra bed in the bedroom, for adult or child. Capacity of the apartment is 2+1 meaning it can accommodate three adults or it can be 2+2 for two adults and two children if sofa in living room will be used as bed. Apartment Leana A1 has 3 stars. Apartment has 35 m2. It is located on the first floor, you need to climb the staircase. Apartment has one bedroom and one bathroom. Apartment has covered terrace

BEDROOM: Bedroom size is 12 m2. Bedroom has laminate on the floor. In the bedroom there is one double bed and one single bed (for one person). Bedding is available to the guests. Bedroom has small wardrobe, as seen on the photos.

LIVING ROOM: Kitchen, dining room and living room are in the same space. The living room has an exit to the terrace. There are tiles on the floor. In the living room is one couch for one adult or child, if needed.

EQUIPMENT OF THE APARTMENT: Air conditioning in the living room (included in price), LCD TV set, SAT-TV is available, DVD player, radio and CD player are also available to the guests.

KITCHEN EQUIPMENT: Kitchen has table and four chairs, hob with four cookers, electric and gas hob, oven, refrigerator, freezer, toaster.

INTERNET: WIFI internet is included in the price. Wired connection available as well.

VIEW FROM THE APARTMENT: Apartment's orientation is park side. 

BATHROOM: The bathroom has size of 4 m2. It is very comfortable, check photos. The bathroom is equipped with: shower cubicle, toilet, washing machine, hairdryer, bath towels, cleaning essentials.

TERRACE: Terrace of the apartment has 7 m2. Terrace is covered and it has seating set.

PETS: Pets are possible, per agreement with owner and extra charge.
PARKING: One parking place is available. Parked car is visible from the terrace of the apartment. There is no public traffic there, so car is parked in the safe place.
